Introduction
The Zenco group consists of a group of companies, established in the early 80's, to support foreign entities using The Netherlands as a foothold, to expand their business opportunities.
Zenco started off in accountancy but during the last thirty years has developed extensive experience as a trust company. Zenco retained and treasured its independence of financial institutions, law firms and accounting firms in order to be able to provide its services in the best interests of its clients. Although independent, Zenco operates in close co-operation with many tax consultants, auditors and lawyers.
Based on its accountancy know-how, Zenco has developed throughout the years an in-depth knowledge of corporate structuring, company law, civil law.
Our experience is reflected in the wide range of services, which we offer to entrepreneurs. In view of its specialist background, Zenco's clients tend, not surprisingly, to be mainly international enterprises.
