Representation

Zenco often acts as the local representative of Dutch companies, which have non-resident shareholders. Zenco can provide domicile, administration, corporate legal, tax and secretarial services to its clients. Zenco will keep the corporate records and organise shareholders' and board meetings when required. 

Structuring

Zenco can assist new clients in the (re-)structuring of their enterprise or the creation of a structure. 

Zenco will act as an intermediary between clients and the notary public during the incorporation of Dutch legal persons.

Zenco can provide standard articles of association or tailor-made solutions. If required, a foundation (Stichting Zencotrust) is available to act as nominee shareholder.

Domiciliation

Dutch companies can elect to have their domicile at the offices of Zenco. Domiciliation services are provided on an annual fixed fee basis.

Administration

Zenco staff can take care of companies' complete administration in accordance with local accounting standards and can also prepare the accounts in accordance with International Accounting Standards. At the client's request Zenco will prepare interim statements in the requested format and in accordance with the time schedule which the client has set. Zenco staff will attend to all formalities with respect to the fiscal authorities (tax returns), the Chamber of Commerce and Dutch Central Bank.

A highly trained, multilingual staff is on hand to provide competent and adequate services to meet all the client's secretarial requirements.

Staff services

For international companies with actual working companies in The Netherlands, Zenco can provide most of the services required by these companies, such as legal advice, local tax advice and bookkeeping services, all in-house or, if necessary, with the assistance of specialists from our informal network of advisors.
